Payment Terms

• In order to register for class a deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit is non-refundable. 

• Payment for CPR training is due in full at least 48 hours in advance of class. Unless it is a late registration then it must be paid in full at time of registration.

• If payment is not received in full at least 48 hours before class, the student's registration may be canceled. Classes must be paid in full to attend.

• We will accept payment in the form of cash, credit card, or check.

• Checks must be made payable to Thirty and Two Consulting.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Students may cancel their CPR training registration at any time, but must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the training date to receive a refund of monies paid minus deposit.

• Students may reschedule their CPR training registration one time without penalty. Current deposit will hold reschedule date and time.

 

Refunds

• Registration deposits are non-refundable. 

• Students who cancel their CPR training registration less than 48 hours in advance of the training date will receive a refund of monies paid minus the deposit.

• Students who are unable to complete their CPR training due to illness or injury will be allowed to reschedule class without penalty within thirty (30) days, at the discretion of the Thirty and Two Consulting.

• Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving a cancellation request minus deposit.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

Student Confidentiality

• Thirty and Two Consulting will protect the confidentiality of all student information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and medical information.

• Student information will only be shared with third parties with the student's written consent.

 

Marketing and Advertising

• Thirty and Two Consulting will only use truthful and accurate information in its marketing and advertising materials.

• Thirty and Two Consulting will not make any false or misleading claims about its CPR training courses or certification programs.

 

Non-Discrimination

• Thirty and Two Consulting will not discriminate against any student on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or marital status.

• Thirty and Two Consulting will provide equal access to all students to its CPR training courses and certification programs.

Student Code of Conduct

• All students are expecting to treat others with respect while attending class.

• Behavior deemed inappropriate will warrant immediate dismissal from class, and forfeit all class fees paid.
